Skratch® Deploys Integrated AV Technology Ecosystem Across 28,000 sq ft Flagship Fitness Destination
Everlast Gyms+ Trafford Palazzo is one of the most advanced fitness facilities in the United Kingdom. The 28,000 sq ft flagship club redefines the modern gym experience by combining specialist training environments, recovery facilities, fitness technology, and premium member amenities within a single destination.
Members can choose from three membership tiers, each built to support athletes at every level: Core VIP, Champion VIP, and Champion Plus VIP. Champion Plus VIP is the brand’s most premium membership tier, offering members elevated facilities and experiences including:
Reformer Pilates Studio: A boutique studio with 18 Allegro two-reformer beds, delivering low-impact training in a dedicated environment.
HYROX Performance Center: Fully equipped with Centr-supplied race-day kit, specialist performance turf, and tailored programming for athletes preparing to compete.
Recovery Zone: Includes Brass Monkey ice baths, an herbal sauna, and a modern restorative space designed to support post-training recovery and long-term performance.
In addition, the gym combines specialised training zones, innovative group programmes, and premium recovery spaces to provide a complete high-performance experience. Members will benefit from Everlast Gyms’ signature group training concepts – HAYMAKER, CRANKED, HUSTLE powered by Nike Strength, and Everlast Lifting Club powered by Nike Strength – each carefully designed to optimise strength, endurance, and recovery.
To support these diverse member experiences, the AV infrastructure needed to deliver reliable performance, seamless connectivity, and intuitive user control across every area of the facility.
The venue incorporates a range of specialist training and wellness environments to support this diverse offering, Everlast required a fully integrated audio-visual solution capable of delivering immersive sound, digital content, performance tracking technology, and intuitive control systems throughout the facility. The objective was to create a unified digital and audio ecosystem that performs flawlessly across the entire 28,000 sq ft flagship space, providing a seamless experience for members, instructors, and operational teams.
A fully integrated digital audio ecosystem was deployed by Skratch® throughout the following spaces:

One challenge encountered during commissioning was the absence of the designated on-site music player. To ensure the project remained on schedule and all systems could be fully validated, the engineering team utilised a mobile device as the audio source during testing. This approach allowed comprehensive testing of every audio zone, speaker, subwoofer, amplifier, and Bluetooth receiver ensuring all systems performed as intended prior to handover.
To support future integration and scalability, the required auxiliary connection was pre-installed and fully configured within the AV rack. This enabled the client's music player to be connected and commissioned immediately upon arrival, with no additional installation work required.
Skratch® delivered a complete end-to-end AV installation, providing the audio, digital display, connectivity, and control infrastructure. The project involved close collaboration with contractors and site teams to ensure all systems integrated seamlessly into the gym's premium design and operational requirements.

Touchscreen systems installed within the Spin Studio and HYROX Performance Centre were configured to control studio lighting systems, providing instructors with intuitive management of their training environments. All systems were fully tested and commissioned as part of the final handover process.
The Myzone display network was also integrated throughout the facility, enabling real-time fitness tracking, performance visualisation, and enhanced member engagement across key training areas.
